BASIC FIRST AID CPR AND AED
First Aid and CPR Training Course
The main purpose of this first Aid and CPR training is to empower delegates with indispensable knowledge that will permit them perform first aid and CPR on a victim before the arrival of professional emergency. At the completion of the training course, delegates should be able to:
- Handle efficiently the misbehaviors / wrongdoing of other bystanders.
- Manage the handing over of a victim to a professional medical staff.
- Manage efficiently conscious and unconscious victims, chemical imbalance, fractures, burns, bleeding, respiratory obstruction, head and spinal injury, choking, drowning and electrolyzed victims
Participants of this First Aid and CPR training will demonstrate with the aid of a dummy, how to
- Perform a rapid and complete survey of a victim.
- Perform efficient rescue breathing
- Perform CPR efficiently
- Perform emergency evacuation techniques
- Perform the Heimlich technique
- Place the victim on the recovery position.
Training Duration:
The First Aid and CPR training has a duration of two days with a ratio of 50% theory and 50% practice. This includes classroom presentations, discussion, exercises and practical sessions on managing many different cases of first aid emergencies. We can organise the training onsite in Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Central African Republic, Gabon and Equatorial Guinea
Training Prerequisite
There are no prerequisite for this First Aid and CPR training, however particpant should have basic knowledge of either french or english
