We are a team of QHSE experts drawn from the best cream of specialists in the QHSE field. We provide Safety, Health, Environment and Quality training courses to oil and gas companies operating onshore and offshore in Cameroon, Chad, Gabon, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, and all over Central Africa, We equally training personnel of companies in the aviation and energy industry. Our safety and health training courses are designed to assist business of all sizes achieve strategic growth in the domains of Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Quality,

 

Our training courses are developed in line with specialized standards and Recommendations like the STCW 95 and related updates, WAHR, IMO, BSEE, BSI, API, OSHA, OPITO, the World safety Organisation, ISO, IATA and NFPA. we adapt international experience to local realities to meet the safety training needs and expectations of our clients

We deliver training courses from the basics of HSEQ to mastering the most powerful techniques in building a world class safety culture and an incident free workplace, our HSEQ services produce instant results. 

 

Our safety and Health training courses are offered through divers learning methods and platforms. These include Instructor-Led Classroom training; Instructor-Led On-Site training, Self-Paced, and blended learning, eLearning and webinars. 

 

We have the required infrastructure to deliver safety, health and other training for our clients. In addition, we have a significant team of instructors for various technical content areas and we maintain several strategic relationships with consultants and partners, this provides access to additional instructors and expertise where required.

OUR QUALITY POLICY

The Management of Hy-Classe Group recognizes that the implementation of an effective Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management is vital in creating and manning an organization that will meet the growing challenges in today’s business world. To this effect, Hy-Classe Group is fully committed to succeed in business by providing product and service of the highest possible standard in a timely and cost effective manner, which satisfies both the requirements of ISO and other relevant Standards. This will be achieved by means of providing a framework for monitoring the effectiveness, suitability and continuous improvement of the overall Hy-Classe Group Quality Health, Safety and Environmental Management System through internal audits and on-going reviews of the company’s QHSE policies, manuals, procedures and objectives. Our primary QHSE Objectives are to: • Provide product and service of the highest industry standards that meet our customer’s requirements. • Increase numbers of Clients consuming products and Services provided by Hy-Classe Group. • Aim for continuous improvement through a rigid monitoring process Hy-Classe Group is totally committed to maintaining a Quality Management System and it is mandatory that all personnel accept this responsibility and comply with the specified system requirements. This policy is made known to all employees through individual distribution, prominent display on the company’s notice boards and emphasized during internal training programs.

OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The Hy-Classe Group of Companies firmly believes that all workplace activities can be carried out safely, and that it is always possible to remove or at least reduce risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers, contractors, authorized visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations. In pursuance of our corporate objective, aimed at becoming a world-class Reference Company, we shall execute our operations in such a manner that: • Ensure and safeguards the health and safety of all our employers, contractors and third parties. • Ensure that required resources are provided to employees to enable them carryout their responsibilities when necessary. • Provide training to our workers to enable them leverage solutions that boost performance and create value for our customers. • Having a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship with our host communities. In implementing this policy, we have made employee health and safety a top priority in our organization. We encourage each employee to champion his/her personal safety and that of his/her co-workers, use safety resources given to him and report anything he judges as hazardous. It is our belief that we can only make profit if everyone in our team come to work and go home safely every day.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Hy-Classe Group of Companies is committed to carrying out its operations in a way that minimizes the potential for impact on the environment. We will carry out our operations in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and we will strive to reduce the emission of greenhouse gasses, preserve the environment by reducing waste, reusing items and promoting recycling. To achieve this goal, we shall • Promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner. • Train, educate and inform our employees about environmental issues that may affect their work. • Promote efficient use of materials and resources throughout our facility including water, electricity, raw materials and other resources, particularly those are non-renewable. • Avoid unnecessary use of hazardous materials and products, seek substitutions when feasible, and take all reasonable steps to protect human health and the environment when such materials must be used, stored and disposed. • Purchase and use environmentally responsible products accordingly, where required by legislation or where significant health, safety or environmental hazards exist, develop and maintain appropriate emergency and spill response programs. • Communicate our environmental commitment to clients, customers and the public and encourage them to support it. • Strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimize the social impact and damage of activities by periodically reviewing our environmental policy in light of our current and planned future activities.

Hy-Classe Group strives for excellence and professionalism in providing customer service, both inside and outside the organization, within the limits of available, well-managed resources. To accomplish this mission, we agree upon these values: • Anticipating the needs of our customers and planning accordingly • Greeting our customers promptly, cheerfully and respectfully • Listening carefully and giving full consideration to the requests and concerns of our customers • Communicating honestly, courteously and knowledgeably • Providing follow-through for our customers promptly, responsibly and efficiently • Serving with pride, commitment, and with high ethical standards • Respecting the individual and encouraging participation Policy Statement We will strives to treat every interaction with the public as an opportunity to produce a satisfied customer, or at least one who feels that he or she was listened to and taken seriously, even if it was not possible to meet his or her request. We shall monitor and analyze customer feedback to measure whether our services are meeting public needs and expectations, this will helps us identify problems that need to be solved. While we accept praise, we believe that constructive criticism is truly helpful in the long run business relationship. We will cautiously respond to complaints, requests for service and questions that come to the Hy-Classe Group Office through a customer visit, call, letter or email. We encourage our team members to follow our procedures in handling complaints, requests and questions that come directly to the department and not through the Hy-Classe Group Office.
