Upon completion, delegates should be able to:
- Understand the importance of good supervision through the process of leading by examples.
- Apply the techniques of workforce safety motivation to achieve a positive safety culture
- Describe the roles, responsibilities and accountability of supervisors within the scope ILO HSE Safety Management System
- Understand the anatomy of workplace accidents and how to prevents them from happening
- Describe the role of Behavioral base safety in workplace accident prevention
- Understand and design safe systems of work, demonstrate the importance of near misses and communicating safety.
- Effectively carry out accident investigation, reporting and sharing so as to learn from incidents
Training Duration:
This training course on safety for managers and supervisors has duration of 3 days. This includes classroom presentations, discussion and exercises. We can organise the training onsite in Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Central African Republic, Gabon and Equatorial Guinea
Training Prerequisite
This training course on safety for managers and supervisors has no prerequisite however, it is expected that participant should hold leadership roles.
