Safety for Managers and Supervisors Training

  Upon completion, delegates should be able to:

  • Understand the importance of good supervision through the process of leading by examples.
  • Apply the techniques of workforce safety motivation to achieve a positive safety culture
  • Describe the roles, responsibilities and accountability of supervisors within the scope ILO HSE Safety Management  System
  • Understand the anatomy of workplace accidents and how to prevents them from happening
  • Describe the role of Behavioral base safety in workplace accident prevention
  • Understand and design safe systems of work, demonstrate the importance of near misses and communicating safety.
  • Effectively carry out accident investigation, reporting and sharing so as to learn from incidents

Training Duration:

This training course on safety for managers and supervisors has duration of 3 days. This includes classroom presentations, discussion and exercises. We can organise the training onsite in Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Central African Republic, Gabon and Equatorial Guinea
